Rather than offering a huge range of products to as many customers as possible PWP has a different way of doing things. We work with a small number of clients whom we exclusively stock for. With our fixed pricing and Valley Blades collaboration we have a unique approach to the supply of grader and dozer cutting edges. There are 3 main difference when you choose to work with us. They are:
Your stock is sold exclusively to you. That means no selling of supply inventory to third parties. We import your stock based on your forecasts and ship next day for you. We can also supply direct to your site to remove extra road freight and reduce your site’s carbon footprint.
If your site is looking to lock in long term pricing we can offer fixed price contracts from 1-5 years. Should you wish to change suppliers during the contract period all we would ask is for you to use up all of your exclusive stock before terminating the contract, no questions asked.
Tungsten overlays or embedding is very popular on Australian mine sites and is proven to extend wear life. However, when this is combined with tungsten inserts (88.5% WC and 11.5% cobalt) wear life can be extended to new levels. With a customised approach to Grader Link, Grader MaxLife, wear life can not only be prolonged but provided is a safer way. All our blades are unpainted on the rear for safer fitment, come with full hardware and in the case of Grader Link can be fitted without any lifting equipement. Safer, more reliable and longer lasting. This 3 pronged approach is at the heart of everything we do.
